CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can manage your appointment by clicking on the link in the original booking or 72-hour confirmation text and email message. Canceled or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours of notice before the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service cost to the card on file. This includes “no-show” appointments. Please utilize my Waitlist feature if you are unsure of your schedule and would like to be notified of cancellation openings.
